Brent Green, Director – brent@leadershipequip.com
Brent is the founder of Leadership Equip. He is our lead career counselor and workshop trainer. He has conducted conducted business in the U.S. and more than 30 countries around the world. He enjoys helping people discover their ‘true self’ and living out their vocations fully. His interests also include Disc Golf, Adventure Travel, and true friendships.
 
Lewis Pulley – lewis@leadershipequip.com
Lewis is a licensed professional counselor in Ohio. His previous life experience includes serving as an Army officer for seven years in the U.S. and abroad. He is currently working on a PsyD in Psychology.
 
Josh BullocJosh Bulloc
After high school Josh started his career working on an assembly line but there was something missing. He was not sure what it was but it was not for him. Through the years he has had several jobs, all in big manufacturing. During that time there were several instances that frustrated him in the way people were treated. From his Dad who had to fight 3 years for his disability insurance while he could not work to a manager telling Josh the he need to postpone his wedding because there was a problem at the plant.

Josh became frustrated seeing employees being treated no differently than a machine on the production floor with little consideration for the actual person.
Now Josh wants to show others the same path he has taken to move beyond the assembly line and take control of his life.
 
Ben Robinson
Ben is the Managing Partner of the Center for Leadership Development in Kyiv, Ukraine. Leadership Equip International is based on the model that Ben developed during the 1990′s in Ukraine. Ben is one of the most multi-cultural individuals that you’ll ever meet, with experience living and working in several different countries. Ben is also the Founder of Loza (Ukrainian for the vine) with his wife, Tanya, which is committed to engaging the whole person in all of life.
 
Bill Bebout
Bill is a staff employee of the Chemistry Department at Virginia Tech. Bill has extensive experience in cross-cultural skills and team-building. Bill travels to Ukraine at least twice per year to administer educational training to university students. Bill has been with our team since it’s inception.
 
Anya Kusnetsova
Anya Kusnetsova is a master of building and developing quality teams. She has a passion for helping people determine how they are wired uniquely and to use those strengths in their day to day jobs. Anya and her husband Vitya live near Kyiv, Ukraine.
 
Stephanie Green, Administrator
Stephanie is our master of details. She is our chief organizer of all conferences and events. She enjoys cross-cultural relationships and has traveled to more than 20 countries.
