Pursuing Meaningful Work Episode 087 – Meaningful Work Interview: Daniel Johnson Jr.
Daniel works for ThinkWare. They perform payroll processing solutions for other companies. They’ve brought me on to help with their Microsoft Dynamics. He was previously unemployed for about 9 months. His former boss, who is now working for Thinkware, recommended that he apply there based on his skills.
He enjoys working for Thinkware because of the great, and relaxed work environment. The new company is also much nearer than the last one so commute time is not too long. The company is also lenient in terms of dress code. They don’t need to dress up in a suit or a tie.
During tough times, what made him move forward was his perseverance. It’s something that he values personally.
