Episode 002 – The Journey of Self Discovery
Understanding ourselves is a key component of finding work with meaning, work with purpose. If we don’t do the hard work in discovering our strengths, our talents, our passions – it’s not likely that we’ll have a career that’s fulfilling to us. In this episode, I (Brent) share some of my own journey of discovery. This journey has taken me through more than 20 countries in the past 10 years as I’ve sought to understand myself and my place in the world.
